It had a long lasting effect in the mindsetting of my employees! We still talk about the points discussed and remember how important good cooperation is in a German-Polish team!

ODERGLAS is one of the leading manufacturers of high-quality construction and facade glass. The company was founded in 1990 and currently employs over 80 people. On a production area of 10,000 m² a variety of functional insulating glass is developed and produced with state-of-the-art equipment, production is conducted in the town of Müllrose/Brandenburg.

Good staff is indispensable for your business success! For this reason, ORGLAS has decided to motivate its employees through a systemic consulting process to bring in important ideas and abilities in the company and to improve the quality of the personnel management.

The aim of the systemic organizational development process was to make participants aware of their own HR management and management methods, to gain insights into the dynamics of personnel management and to draw up a personnel management concept tailored to the company ORGLAS. Increased attention was needed to better deal with prejudices and misunderstandings within intercultural workforces, as well as to establish a better working environment.

After successful completion of the tasks, the following results were achieved:

  • ORGLAS adapted personnel management concept
  • Implementation process of the HR management concept based on the production bottlenecks
  • Intercultural awareness training to reduce communication misunderstandings between the workforce
