Lars Ehrler

Managing Director of AKTIF Technology Ltd.

The INQA-Coaching consultancy, carried out by DAREconsulting, was a valuable experience for our company AKTIF Technology Ltd. Right from the start, we were supported with in-depth knowledge and practical approaches. In her role as consultant, Debora Aust dealt intensively with our specific challenges. She helped us to develop sustainable strategies for the future. I was particularly impressed by the combination of professionalism and personal commitment. Thanks to the INQA-Coaching consultation, we are better positioned to meet future requirements and fully realise our potential. I can recommend this consultancy without reservation.

Background

The AKTIF Group was founded in Senftenberg in 1997. From the very beginning, our business focus has been on the energy industry. With the start of the liberalisation of the German energy market in 1998, we were able to establish ourselves as a software specialist for energy industry business processes. On this basis, AKTIF now offers customised products and services for the energy market and for other sectors such as medicine, agriculture, industry and trade.

The rapid growth of AKTIF Technology Ltd. has led to new employees with more remote work. There are no (digital) HR management structures in place for this. The workload at management and team management level, particularly in the area of communication and productive collaboration, has increased significantly and requires new concepts. Implementing these concepts requires greater transparency and quality, particularly in the handling of data, information and internal knowledge (learning organisation).

Tasks

How did the INQA-Coaching programme help AKTIF Technology?

It helped to find tailor-made solutions for the personnel policy and work organisation change requirements in connection with the digital transformation. INQA-Coaching helped AKTIF Technology to position itself for the future and react independently to change processes. This strengthened the company’s resilience, kept it competitive and secured skilled labour. Up to 80 per cent of the consultancy costs were covered.

The focus was on:

  • Creating clear and transparent management structures (in the areas of remote working, communication, data management and knowledge management) that lead to the transformation of processes that have grown within the company into digitally sustainable systems.
  • With the involvement of all AKTIF teams, the internal transformation process will lead to sustainable, transparent and more digitalised management structures.

INQA-Coaching is funded by the European Social Fund Plus (ESF Plus) and the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (BMAS). Funding period: 2023-2027.
