Aim:

The Information Center for skilled Labour Immigration is the contact point for all questions concerning the labor market integration of international skilled workers.

In east- and south brandenburg, the most important labour market players (such as immigration department, Jobcenter) are joint for case-specific solutions to secure and integrat skilled workers into the labour market.

Background:

Specialized immigration is also an issue of ever increasing importance for Brandenburg companies. However, there is still a great deal of confusion around the subject of skilled worker recruitment and retention of international skilled workers. Spezially on legal issues, funding opportunities or the design of culture-sensitive induction processes. In addition, it is hardly possible for many companies to close these knowledge gaps independently. In response to these needs, the Information Center for skilled Labour Immigration has been developed. Since January 2019, it has been providing advice with its free offers for Brandenburg SMEs and international specialists in Germany and abroad.
